Broccoli Pattani Fry

I tried a new combination,it came out pretty decent,so sharing the recipe :-)

Ingredients:
  1. Broccoli-1/2 cup (cut it along with few portion of stems)
  2. Green Peas-1/2 cup
  3. Onion-1
  4. Tomat0-1 and 1/2 (finely chopped)
  5. Garlic-4 pods(Chop it lengthwise as fine piece)
  6. Chilly powder-1 tsp
  7. Pepper Powder-to sprinkle
  8. Salt-To taste
  9. Fennel seed-1 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
  11. Oil

Method:
  1. Heat oil, and then add fennel seeds, gram masala powder and garlic.
  2. Then add the onions and fry for some time and add the tomatoes and mix it continuously.
  3. Add broccoli and peas and stir for a min.
  4. Add chilly powder, salt and sufficient water so that the broccoli and peas will cook nicely.
  5. Cover the lid and cook till done. Add little pepper powder according to taste and stir and cook for a min in a low flame.
  6. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Broccoli pattani fry is ready to serve J
