Ingredients:
- Broccoli-1/2 cup (cut it along with few portion of stems)
- Green Peas-1/2 cup
- Onion-1
- Tomat0-1 and 1/2 (finely chopped)
- Garlic-4 pods(Chop it lengthwise as fine piece)
- Chilly powder-1 tsp
- Pepper Powder-to sprinkle
- Salt-To taste
- Fennel seed-1 tsp
- Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
- Oil
Method:
- Heat oil, and then add fennel seeds, gram masala powder and garlic.
- Then add the onions and fry for some time and add the tomatoes and mix it continuously.
- Add broccoli and peas and stir for a min.
- Add chilly powder, salt and sufficient water so that the broccoli and peas will cook nicely.
- Cover the lid and cook till done. Add little pepper powder according to taste and stir and cook for a min in a low flame.
- Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Broccoli pattani fry is ready to serve J
